In addition, our clean room experts specialize in the preparation and production of our highly popular Myco Environment Bag™ line of products which are distributed globally. Our staff has over 14 years of experience in the mass production of pre-filled and pre-sterilized substrate bags and has hands-on working knowledge of the use of autoclaveable filter patch spawn bags for bulk spawn production. Our products are made using the strictest of quality control measures and our pre-sterilized substrates are guaranteed to arrive contaminant free (or replacement will be issued).

Our empty spawn bags, manufactured to our specifications, are made with high quality polypropylene plastic and can be autoclaved to 265 degrees F. A breathable filter membrane on each bag provides for different gas exchange rate with different membranes. Membranes are designed to provide gas exchange rates for different applications; micron size range from 0.1 to 5 microns and each membrane has a nominal gas exchange rate.
