Once your order has been processed it can not be canceled.
We can only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.

Our default shipper is UPS. If you select Shipping via next day or 2nd day delivery dosn't mean we will box up and ship your order faster, only that once it is "shipped" the carrier will then deliver it within that time frame. These are shipping options and not order processing options. If you live in the USA you can request shipping by US Postal service by writing your request in the "your notice to us" area of the payment window. Additional charges may or may not apply. You will be notified if additional charges are needed for this. Taxes, VAT, import fees and other charges may be due at delivery and are the responsibility of purchaser. Each country is different so please check with your country customs/import regulations to avoid surprises beyond our control.
Your credit card will be charged and the name "The Mycofactory LLC" will be shown on your credit card statement.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card orders through our secure check out cart system. PayPal is also accepted; We only will ship to your verified PayPal address.
No checks will be accepted, they will be returned to you, send a money order or cashiers check instead.
All sales are final on pre-sterilized items. We do offer a sterility guarantee on these items for 30 days after purchase if no substances have been introduced and item remains unused. Items that spontaniously contaminate will be replaced only if after contacting us via email & with approval the items are returned to us, postage paid by sender, in a un-used condition (they have NOT been inoculated by customer). Items that have contaminated after customer inoculates them are not covered by this replacement policy.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned merchandise items. Items must be in original unused condition. No returns without written authorization. No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the shipper, for any reason, returns orders to us you will be billed for additional shipping charges. If you do not pay these additional charges and/or do not respond to our attempt to make contact this indicates to us the abandonment of your order to us and it becomes our property.
International orders are shipped air service at the customer’s expense and risk, additional fees and or taxes may be required. We will contact you before completing your order and inform you of any additional charges or fees that we may be aware of. This does not mean there are no additional fees due you, only that we do not know of them. Insurance is recommended and may cost extra. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.
