The MycoFactory LLC terms of service.
Once your order has been shipped it can not be canceled.
Your credit card will be charged offline and the name The Mycofactory LLC will be shown on your credit card statement.
We can only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card company.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card orders as well as PayPal through our secure check out cart system. No checks will be accepted, they will be returned to you, send a money order or cashiers check instead.
When paying via PayPal we will only accept and ship to confirmed addresses - please do not ask us to ship to another address as we will not do so.
You can also order by snail mail if you prefer. Please use our cart to calculate your order and shipping charges and select the order by mail option during checkout and print your order.
Make money orders payable to "The MycoFactory LLC" and mail to The MycoFactory LLC, 228 Stanford Rd PMB 302, Lincolnton NC 28092.
We ship via the US Postal service. We ship via the US Postal Service to reduce costs.
All sales are final on pre-sterilized items. We do offer a sterility guarantee on these items for 10 days after purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Items must be in original unused condition. No returns without written authorization. No returns after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the shipper, for any reason, returns orders to us you will be billed for additional shipping charges.
International orders are shipped air service at the customer’s expense, additional fees may be required. We will contact you before completing your order and inform you of any additional charges or fees. At this time we only ship to the USA and Canada, other orders may be refused at our option.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.
